Rental Guide & General Information
All rental applications must be submitted at least 2 months prior to the event to ensure facility venue and personnel are available.
Please allow Business Services at least 2 weeks for processing the rental application, once submitted.
If your event needs stage crew for audio/visual purposes, their availability must be confirmed before any rental will be approved, regardless if the date is open.
