Strongsville City Schools Strategic Plan

A critical component of the work of any school district is ensuring a clear direction for the future that is grounded in the values, beliefs, and hopes of its students, staff, parents, and community.  Throughout the 2022-23 school year, Strongsville City Schools engaged with its internal and external community through focus groups, interviews, and stakeholder surveys.  Altogether, we had over 1,000 people share their insights, which solidified strengths to leverage and areas of growth for our attention over the next three years.  This engagement resulted in the development of a three-year strategic plan that will begin in August 2023 and conclude in July 2026.  The resources linked below and pages linked to the left will provide a ‘Strategic Planning Dashboard’ to share our work and progress with our internal and external community.
